Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 19 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 19(g), YOU AND NAOR AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. SECTIONS 14 AND 15 DISCLAIM WARRANTIES AND LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

Overview
Welcome to Naor. The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Naor” refer to Naor Brands LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as “Naor,” with its principal place of business at 5473 Blair Rd, Dallas, Texas 75231. Naor operates this store and website at trynaor.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Naor is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced or incorporated herein, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, by creating an account, or by clicking a button or checking a box that states you agree to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

1. Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; see our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, except as otherwise required by applicable law. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

2. Our Products
Naor sells consumable health and wellness products. We have made every effort to display our products accurately; however, colors and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen, depending on your display. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or be identical to what is shown online. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, to limit the quantities of any product we offer, and to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale.

3. Health Disclaimer
Naor products are intended for use by healthy adults and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products contain caffeine and other functional ingredients. Our products are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age, or by people who are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, or taking medication. Consult your physician before using any Naor product, especially if you have a medical condition or take any medication. Always read the product label, including the ingredient and allergen statements, before use, and discontinue use if you experience an adverse reaction. The information provided on our Services is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Naor reserves the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or an error in pricing or product information. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance by sending you a shipment confirmation, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has entered processing. If we decline or cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit your order. We collect sales tax where we are required to do so. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We or our payment processor may place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method when you place an order; a hold is not a charge and is released in accordance with your issuer’s procedures.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

7. Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Naor or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, scrape, data-mine, or use any material from the Services to develop or train any machine learning or artificial intelligence model, or otherwise exploit any material from the Services, without our prior written consent. “Naor” and our logos and slogans are trademarks of Naor and may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not endorse any third-party website or product merely by linking to it. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites, and we are not liable for any harm resulting from your access to them, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Please review the third party’s policies before engaging in any transaction.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Naor. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Naor, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Naor.

10. Prohibited Uses
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, transmit false or misleading information, distribute spam or malicious code, collect others’ personal information, use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Feedback
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, or other unsolicited proposals (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.

12. Reviews and User Content
You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, or other content about our products (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing. Nothing in these Terms prohibits or restricts you from reviewing our products or services, imposes any penalty or fee on you for doing so, or requires you to transfer to us any intellectual property rights in a review, and any provision of these Terms that would do so is void. We may remove User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, contains another person’s personal information or likeness, is unrelated to our products or services, or is clearly false or misleading.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE INFORMATION PRESENTED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, AND ANY RELIANCE ON IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY NAOR IN WRITING, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY NOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, IT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE MINIMUM PERIOD REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY STATE.

15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NAOR, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NAOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FOR VIOLATION OF LAW, OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING UNDER THE TEXAS DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES–CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naor, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, your User Content, or your use of the Services. We will notify you of any claim for which we seek indemnity, and you may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes any obligation or admission of liability on us without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

17. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material available on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent: Naor Brands LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, 5473 Blair Rd, Dallas, Texas 75231, telephone +1 972-905-0714, Support@trynaor.com. We will respond to properly submitted notices and, in appropriate circumstances, will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. You may submit a counter-notification as provided in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

18. Electronic Communications
By using the Services or providing your email address or telephone number, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notices, service messages, and legal notices, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. You may withdraw this consent by contacting us at Support@trynaor.com, although we may be unable to provide the Services to you if you do. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email; you will continue to receive transactional messages about your orders.

19. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU AND NAOR TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND LIMITS THE WAY YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM US. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION (g).
(a) Informal Resolution First. Before starting an arbitration, you and Naor agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. You must send a written Notice of Dispute to Support@trynaor.com or to Naor Brands LLC, Attn: Legal, 5473 Blair Rd, Dallas, Texas 75231, describing the dispute and the relief sought; we will send a Notice of Dispute to the email address associated with your account. The parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for sixty (60) days after the Notice is received. Completing this process is a condition precedent to commencing arbitration, and any applicable limitations period is tolled while it is pending.
(b) Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as provided in subsection (c), any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product purchased through the Services, including the interpretation, enforceability, scope, or formation of this arbitration agreement, shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. A single arbitrator will decide the dispute. Unless the parties agree otherwise, any hearing will be held remotely or in the county where you reside. The arbitrator may award any relief available in court to the individual party seeking relief and must apply any applicable statute of limitations. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Naor will pay all filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees to the extent they exceed the filing fee you would have paid to bring the same claim in court, and each party bears its own attorneys’ fees except where a statute or the arbitrator’s award provides otherwise.
(c) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights. Nothing in this Section prevents you from reporting a concern to any federal, state, or local government agency.
(d) CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND NAOR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
(e) Coordinated Filings. If twenty-five (25) or more demands for arbitration raising substantially similar claims are filed against Naor by or with the assistance of the same law firm or coordinated group within a ninety (90) day period, the demands will be administered in sequential batches of no more than fifty (50), with a single arbitrator assigned to each batch, and the parties will cooperate with the administrator to implement this process. Any applicable limitations period is tolled for claims awaiting assignment to a batch.
(f) Survival; No Retroactive Changes. This Section survives termination of these Terms. No amendment to these Terms applies to a dispute for which a Notice of Dispute was given before the amendment’s effective date.
(g) Your Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of this Section 19 by sending written notice to Support@trynaor.com or to Naor Brands LLC, Attn: Legal, 5473 Blair Rd, Dallas, Texas 75231, within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms. Your notice must state your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms, and we will not retaliate against you for opting out.
(h) Enforceability of this Section. If subsection (d) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed from the arbitration and may be brought in court, and the remainder of this Section will remain in effect. If subsection (d) is found unenforceable in its entirety, then this entire Section 19 is void. Notwithstanding Section 20, no other part of this Section 19 may be severed if severance would permit class, collective, or representative arbitration.

20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and, if it cannot be so enforced, shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, except as provided in Section 19(h).

21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any policies posted by us, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us. Nothing in this Section limits any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except that Section 19 (Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver) is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Subject to Section 19, you and Naor consent to exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each party waives any right to a trial by jury.

23. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website and revising the “Last updated” date above. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Changes apply prospectively only; they do not apply to orders you placed before the change takes effect, or to any dispute for which a Notice of Dispute was given before the effective date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

24. Miscellaneous
(a) Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, labor disputes, carrier failures, utility or internet outages, and acts of government; this does not excuse our obligation to refund amounts you paid for products we do not deliver. (b) Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law. (c) No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. (d) Survival. Sections 7, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 24 survive termination of these Terms. (e) Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

25. Accessibility
If you have difficulty using any part of our Services, please contact us at Support@trynaor.com and we will work with you to provide the information, item, or transaction you are seeking through an alternative method of communication.
