Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Naor Brands LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Naor (“Naor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit trynaor.com, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us (the “Services”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties whose websites or services you reach through links on our site. Our principal place of business is 5473 Blair Rd, Dallas, Texas 75231, and you can reach us at Support@trynaor.com.
1. Information We Collect
Identifiers, such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, account username, IP address, and device or online identifiers.
Customer records and commercial information, such as your order history, products purchased or considered, shipping and billing addresses, returns and refunds, customer service correspondence, and product reviews you submit.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not collect or store your full payment card number; we receive limited information such as the card type, the last four digits, and the authorization result.
Internet or network activity, such as pages viewed, referring and exit pages, search terms used on our site, clickstream data, the date and time of your visit, and information about your browser, operating system, and device.
Approximate geolocation derived from your IP address.
Inferences drawn from the above, such as product preferences, used to personalize our marketing.
Health-adjacent information you volunteer. We do not request health information. If you choose to tell us about a sensitivity, allergy, medication, pregnancy, or medical condition — for example, in a customer service message or a product review — we use it only to respond to you and we do not use it for advertising.
Sources. We collect this information directly from you, automatically from your device when you use the Services, from our service providers (including Shopify, our payment processors, our shipping carriers, and our analytics and advertising partners), and from publicly available or commercially available sources.
2. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our Services. We use technologies that are necessary to operate the site and the shopping cart; technologies that remember your preferences; analytics technologies that help us understand how the Services are used; and advertising technologies that help us measure and deliver advertising, including on third-party platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the Services may not function properly if you do.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because no common industry standard for responding to those signals has been adopted, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals, except as required by applicable law.
Third parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Services, including our advertising and analytics partners.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders; to create and maintain your account; to communicate with you about orders, returns, and customer service; to send you marketing communications where permitted, from which you may unsubscribe at any time; to personalize and improve the Services and our products; to measure and deliver advertising; to conduct analytics and research; to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; to maintain the safety and integrity of the Services; and to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients: service providers and contractors that perform services for us, including e-commerce hosting (Shopify), payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping carriers, email platforms, customer service tools, analytics providers, and fraud prevention vendors; advertising partners and platforms, to the extent described in Section 5; professional advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and auditors; and government authorities or other parties where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. We may also disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
We require our service providers, by contract, to use personal information only to provide services to us.
5. Advertising and Analytics
We work with advertising and analytics partners that use cookies and similar technologies on our site to measure and deliver advertising, including advertising you may see on other websites and platforms. Some state privacy laws describe that activity as a “sale” of personal information, as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as “targeted advertising,” even where no money changes hands. We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age. We do not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data.
You can limit interest-based advertising through your browser’s cookie controls or your device’s advertising settings. You may also contact us at Support@trynaor.com with questions about this Section.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this Policy — including to fulfill orders, provide customer service, maintain business and tax records, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims — and for as long as required or permitted by applicable law.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message; you will still receive transactional messages about your orders. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under state privacy law to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain advertising activities.
To make a request, email us at Support@trynaor.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults. We do not direct the Services to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at Support@trynaor.com and we will delete it. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18; see Section 3 of our Terms of Service.
9. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized or unlawful access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Support@trynaor.com.
